Your next phase of recovery is focused on building strength, mobility, stability, and endurance through a personalized exercise program.
This is the “build it up” phase.
3: Performance and Injury Prevention
You’ve put the work in. Now lets optimize your potential! In this phase we build on the foundation from phase two with increased sport-specificity and intensity.
This is the “get after it” phase.

Sarina was born and raised in Nederland, Colorado and landed in Evergreen in 2021. She is deeply passionate about her mountain community.
She received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from University of Colorado, and a Bachelor in Health and Exercise Science with a Sports Medicine Concentration from Colorado State University.
Sarina has training in Functional Dry Needling, Blood Flow Restriction, Concussion and Vestibular management, Adolescent Sports Medicine, and Sport Psychology.
She has significant experience treating high level patients from weekend warriors to professional athletes, including members of US Soccer, US Ski team, and the Denver Broncos. She firmly believes that rehabilitation should be viewed as training with an injury.
Sarina identifies strongly as a mountain athlete. She is an avid alpine and backcountry skier, a mountain biker, ice hockey player, and river surfer. In her free time, Sarina can be found enjoying the outdoors with her partner, Alexis, and their two dogs, Luna and Kanga.
